After 30+ years in the Education "industry" we decided to set up our own independent business, helping others achieve their dreams.

We were not enjoying our work/life balance and decided that we would like to take control of our lives.

We decided that, to achieve a successful and secure future, we needed to take control of our own destiny and we now work in conjunction with a company called "Forever Living Products".

We are truly passionate about our business and believe it gives us a truly remarkable future where we can work part-time and enjoy a full-time income giving us time, to share with family and friends, to follow our interests and to build a secure future and, eventually, retirement.

We were introduced to the company by a friend – Sue Bates - who knew that, in the past, we had used natural remedies and complementary therapies and treatments.

What she didn't know, at the time, was that Margaret was suffering with a problem – very akin to IBS – which was beginning to put limits on what she could do.

Margaret writes:

When Sue showed me the "box" I was immediately taken by the opportunity it offered. The reasons were many but basically it provided:

• Natural, gentle, treatments that would not have the side-effects of "medication" prescribed by the medical profession both for myself and others
• The business opportunity to give me an "escape-route" from the mounting paperwork, record-keeping and "extra-curricular paperwork and record-keeping" that Education was demanding
• The chance to meet new people and to help them achieve their dreams
• A opportunity to build a secure retirement where we could achieve the dreams that we have to travel and spend quality time together and with others
• The chance, as a trained musician, to spend more time making music – giving others pleasure
• The opportunity to be valued, as a person, for what I was doing
• Time – to spend as I wanted – not as others demanded…….to follow my many interests and hobbies……….to spend with my family – eg in the country with Claire and the horses – or going out, mid-week, to concerts…. or with my parents

We started this business very part-time, in the latter half of 2004, but Margaret gave up teaching in the summer of 2005 and we now work together, full-time on the business.

We love the freedom it gives us and we will soon be living the dream, earning a substantial income and living the lifestyle we could only imagine when we were teaching.
